1.4 Platform Services
Our online system acts as an independent, international vehicle registration service. We enable unified registration of road toll fees for multiple countries via a single interface.
Nature of Service: We provide online registration of road usage entitlement (commonly referred to as "e-vignette"). We do not provide physical stickers.
Independent Status: Unless explicitly stated otherwise during the purchase flow, the Operator acts as an independent service provider and is not a direct representative of state authorities.
2. Service Description and Ordering
2.1 Scope of Service
The registration service consists of two inseparable components:
- Vehicle Registration Administration: Handling data and processing the request.
- Official Entry: Securing the road usage authorization in the relevant authority system.
Included Features:
- SMS notification of successful registration.
- 24/7 Customer Support.
- Comfortia: Replacement guarantee service.
- Auxil: Penalty processing assistance.
2.2 Placing an Order
The Customer must provide accurate vehicle data (Category, Country Code, Registration Number, Validity Period). The Operator processes this data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
2.3 Fees
The total fee displayed at checkout is a gross amount containing the official authority fee, the service fee, and all applicable taxes. There are no hidden charges or recurring subscriptions.
2.4 Intermediated Services and VAT
We act as an agent for national toll providers. VAT rates apply based on the region:
- EU Member States: VAT rate of the respective country applies (e.g., Austria 20%, Romania 21%).
- Non-EU (Switzerland, Moldova, Belarus): 27% VAT applies (place of supply considered outside EU).
Official Toll Issuers We Interconnect With:
- Austria: ASFINAG
- Czech Republic: SFDI
- Romania: CNAIR
- Slovenia: DARS d.d.

3. Fees, Payment, and Performance
3.1 Performance of Service
Upon payment, processing begins immediately.
Processing Time: Typically 1–8 minutes (maximum approx. 16 minutes).
Pending Status: The road usage right is NOT valid until the final confirmation email/SMS is received.
Delays: If the target authority system is overloaded, and processing takes unreasonably long, the order may be automatically cancelled and fully refunded.
Important - No Overlapping Validity:
Some national systems do not allow extending a vignette that is currently valid. If you purchase a toll for a period that overlaps with an existing one, the new validity may not start until the old one expires. Refunds are not available for these overlaps.
3.2 Financial Certificate (Invoice/Receipt)
A link to download the financial certificate is sent via email upon completion.
Receipt: Automatically issued if no invoice was requested.
Invoice: Issued only if requested during the purchase flow.
Business Customers: We provide services to final consumers. We do not issue business invoices to entities or provide invoices with consumer tax numbers for foreign vignettes.
3.3 Access to Documents
Invoices/Receipts are downloadable for 365 days post-purchase via the secure link provided in the email.
4. Value-Added Services
4.1 Comfortia (Guarantee Service)
Comfortia is our proprietary protection service included with your registration. It allows for one-time free corrections in specific scenarios:
- Registration Number Correction: Fix a typo.
- Country Code Correction: Fix incorrect nationality settings.
- Category Modification: Change vehicle category (price difference covered by Operator).
- Date Change: Modify the validity start date.
- Cancellation (Storno): Full refund available up to 24 hours before the validity start date.
Note: Comfortia requests are processed via the support ticket system within 10–25 minutes.
4.2 Auxil (Legal Assistance)
Auxil provides legal assistance if you receive a fine despite utilizing our service (e.g., due to a typo or delay).
- Scope: Active legal intervention (appeals, requests for equity) within 180 days of purchase.
- Reimbursement: In individually justified cases where the Operator is at fault, fines may be reimbursed up to EUR 300.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Verification is Mandatory:
Payment confirmation alone does not entitle you to use toll roads. You must wait for the final confirmation (Email/SMS) stating the registration is successful.
Data Accuracy: The customer is fully responsible for providing the correct license plate, country code, and validity dates. The Operator is not liable for fines resulting from user input errors (unless covered by Comfortia).
Check Validity: It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure they do not enter toll sections before the SMS/Email confirmation arrives.
Duplicate Orders: The Operator is not obliged to refund duplicate purchases made by the Customer due to impatience or lack of checking previous orders.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation
(A) Before Validity Starts
You may cancel your purchase if the validity period has not yet started.
Deadline: You must submit a cancellation statement at least 24 hours before the start date.
Refund: Full amount refunded to the original payment method.
(B) After Validity Starts
Once the validity period has commenced, the service is considered fully performed.
No Withdrawal: According to Article 16(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised after the service has been completed. No refunds are possible for active e-vignettes.
7. Contact and Complaint Handling
7.1 Customer Support
Channel: Online Contact Form (Footer).
Availability: 24/7.
Response Time: 1–15 minutes.

Complaints must be made in a civilized manner. The Operator reserves the right to reject complaints based on threats, defamation, or aggressive pressure.
